Your period shouldn’t control your life
If your cycle is unpredictable, painful, heavy, or comes with symptoms that interrupt your work, sleep, or daily life, it can feel like your period is running the show. Christina offers personalized acupuncture care for women navigating menstrual and hormonal health concerns, so you can get back to living life on your own terms.
Start with what you're actually experiencing.
Every cycle tells a different story. Christina takes the time to understand your whole health picture, not just one symptom. She’ll listen to your story, look at your health history, your patterns, any related symptoms, and the care you’re already receiving.
From there, Christina designs acupuncture care to fit your unique needs, working alongside any other supports you may already have in place.

FAQs
Do I need a specific diagnosis before making an appointment?
No. You can begin by discussing what you’re experiencing. Christina will also want to understand any medical evaluations or diagnoses you already have.
Can acupuncture replace care from my OB/GYN?
No. Acupuncture should be considered complementary care rather than a replacement for appropriate medical evaluation and treatment.
Should I track my cycle before my appointment?
If you already track your cycle, bring that information along. If not, Christina will help you figure out what might be helpful to track in the future.
Let’s talk about what your cycle is really putting you through. You deserve to feel heard and supported.
