Your First Acupuncture Appointment, Without Surprises
Book Your First Appointment
Questions are always welcome.
There’s never a test. It’s just a chance to learn and feel comfortable.
We start by getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story and what matters most to you.
Your first appointment is all about understanding your health history, what brought you in, what you’re experiencing now, and what you’d like to work toward. Christina will explain acupuncture and answer your questions before treatment starts, so you feel comfortable and informed.

Ready for the first date?
Christina calls the initial consultation the “first date” because it’s a chance to get to know each other, ask questions, and decide together how to move forward.
